Ryan Industries manufactures aftermarket automotive wiring harnesses, electrical components, and related accessories designed to support OEM and aftermarket vehicle upgrades.

3. Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying that the product they purchase is compatible with their specific vehicle, including but not limited to:

  • Make and Model
  • Trim Level
  • Factory Installed Options
  • Existing Vehicle Modifications

Ryan Industries is not responsible for purchases made for incorrect vehicles, incorrect trim levels, incompatible factory equipment, or undisclosed modifications.

4. Installation

Ryan Industries products are intended for installation by individuals familiar with automotive electrical systems.

Depending on the product, installation may require:

  • Connector pinning or depinning
  • BCM (Body Control Module) modifications
  • Vehicle wiring modifications
  • Interior or exterior disassembly
  • Electrical testing
  • FORScan programming
  • Ford FDRS programming

Improper installation may result in damage to the vehicle, product failure, or personal injury.

Ryan Industries strongly recommends professional installation if you are unfamiliar with automotive electrical systems.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and compatibility information are accurate.

Because vehicle manufacturers may revise components or wiring during production, compatibility may vary between vehicles.

Ryan Industries reserves the right to update product descriptions, pricing, specifications, availability, and product designs without prior notice.

6. Orders

Ryan Industries reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Correct pricing or listing errors
  • Cancel fraudulent or suspicious transactions

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

Ryan Industries is not obligated to honor pricing errors resulting from typographical errors, website issues, software malfunctions, or other inadvertent mistakes.

8. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Ryan Industries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all Ryan Industries products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryan Industries disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, compatibility beyond the stated application, and non-infringement.

Vehicle modifications are performed entirely at the customer's own risk.

11. Installation, Programming & Customer Responsibility

Ryan Industries products are designed to simplify the installation of aftermarket and OEM vehicle upgrades; however, many products require additional installation steps beyond simply connecting the harness. Depending on the product, installation may require connector pinning or de-pinning, Body Control Module (BCM) connector modifications, vehicle wiring modifications, removal of interior or exterior vehicle components, electrical testing, or vehicle programming. Product descriptions will identify when these procedures may be required, and customers are responsible for reviewing all product information before purchasing.

Certain Ryan Industries products require vehicle programming using software such as FORScan or Ford FDRS after installation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, programming services are not included with the purchase of any Ryan Industries product. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any required programming and ensuring it is completed correctly.

Ryan Industries strongly recommends professional installation for customers who are unfamiliar with automotive electrical systems. Improper installation, incorrect programming, failure to follow installation instructions, or modification of the product or vehicle wiring may result in improper operation, damage to vehicle components, or personal injury.

Ryan Industries is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect programming, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or installation performed by the customer or any third party.

By purchasing and installing a Ryan Industries product, the customer acknowledges that they have verified compatibility with their vehicle, possess or have access to the necessary tools and experience, and understand that required programming is their responsibility. Failure to complete required programming or follow installation instructions does not constitute a product defect.

Ryan Industries is not responsible for reimbursement of installation labor, programming fees, diagnostic charges, towing expenses, rental vehicles, lost wages, vehicle downtime, or any incidental or consequential expenses associated with installation, troubleshooting, removal, replacement, or warranty claims.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ryan Industries shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, inability to use, or performance of any product sold by Ryan Industries.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Loss of vehicle use
  • Lost profits
  • Lost wages
  • Diagnostic fees
  • Installation labor
  • Programming costs
  • Towing expenses
  • Rental vehicles

In all circumstances, Ryan Industries' maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

13. User Conduct
