Returns

At Ryan Industries, every wiring harness is carefully built and inspected before it leaves our facility. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide outstanding customer service.

Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval from Ryan Industries.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, hardware, and documentation
  • Be in new, resalable condition

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Custom-built or special-order products

If you're unsure which product is right for your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. We're happy to help ensure you receive the correct item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

When reaching out, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review the information and work with you to determine the best resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using UPS or FedEx with tracking and shipping insurance, especially for higher-value returns. Ryan Industries is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspect Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Any concerns regarding missing items, shipping damage, or incorrect products should be reported within 3 days of delivery. Reporting issues promptly allows us to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Refused Shipments & Chargebacks

Orders refused at delivery or returned without prior authorization may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Any unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks will be reviewed and contested with the appropriate documentation.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email our support team.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the reason for your request
  • Photos of the product, if applicable

Return requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Please do not return products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
